五木舒胃方香は西暦七世紀に有名なチベット医薬師【大師夏薩達冉喇恰】の記録した調合方法により作られています。甘青青蘭、紅花、紫檀香、訶子など何十種類もの青海チベット高原の天然漢方薬を使用し、チベットの伝統的な製法にならい丹念に作られています。
うつ状態のとき不安や悲しみ、精神の乱れなどを和らげる効果があるとされます。喜びと幸福をもたらすお香です。
また毎日朝7時、夕方6時、夜9時に使用するとより一層効果があるとされます。
